Dear Child Maintenance Service,

Please could you provide copies of your policies and guidance relating to tax avoidance and evasion. As a public body, please could you confirm if the CMS is obliged to report any identified or suspected tax avoidance or evasion by a NRP to HMRC?

Dear Child Maintenance Service,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Child Maintenance Service's handling of my FOI request 'Tax Avoidance & Evasion Policies & Guidance'.

I find it incomprehensible that the DWP as a government department does not have any policies or guidance relating to tax evasion or tax avoidance. Please would you review accordingly.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...

Yours faithfully,

Mr [name removed]
