Dear Westminster City Council,

Each LA has targets to meet regarding children being adopted, did Westminster reach there target?
Family assessment is usually conducted by a mental health trust, where a “independent social worker” and verious medical professionals have a multi disciplinary system, regarding the opinions for the best out come for the children. I would like to know, if any assessment’s have been in disagreement with La, if so how many?
(Positive) ie: children not removed.
(Negative) is: agrees with LA.
Fact finding is when actual FACTS are presented, example in a murder/rape court case, FATCS AND EVIDENCE, are presented.
HEARSAY EVIDENCE, is opinions and nothing is questionable, that’s on the naive assumption that “professionals” don’t fabricate reports.
I’m doubtful, but I hope that gives clarity and understanding.

Yours sincerely

Stephen murray

Dear Westminster City Council,
Did you meet your adoption targets?

How many court proceedings have been not in favour of Westminster?
Have Westminster ever submitted a fact finding court hearing?

Yours sincerely,

Stephen murray
