Your questions and the Council’s response are as follows

1) Does Kirklees Borough Council consider tampering with Court documents
to be a criminal offence or a civil matter?

This information is not held. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 covers
recorded information held by a public authority. This question asks for
the Council’s opinion and is therefore not covered by the Act

2) Would Kirklees Borough Council take any action if you were made aware
of your staff tampering with Court documents?

This information is not held. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 covers
recorded information held by a public authority. This question is about a
hypothetical situation and is therefore not covered by the Act
