1) Does Kirklees Borough Council consider tampering with Court documents to be a criminal offence or a civil matter?

This information is not held. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 covers
recorded information held by a public authority. This question asks for
the Council’s opinion and is therefore not covered by the Act

of your staff tampering with Court documents?

hypothetical situation and is therefore not covered by the Act
