Dear Freedom Of Information at NHDC,

Unfortunately Given that there has been no prescribed form of liability order i.e Form A or Form B
Since 2003 Getting a Magistrate or J.P (Justice of the Peace) to Sign a “Council Notice” of Liability is
outside of any judicial role and is unlawful as confirmed by justices clerks procedures.

You have stated a copy of liability order is available upon request, this is also untrue false and
misleading as HMCTS and MOJ hold no record or Libra files and the only copy that can be requested
via NHDC is a Notice i.e Not a Court Document and holds no Lawful Authority ,,, Hence my Question
what official Court Documentation is Given to Enforcement Agents Employers ?? None Whatsoever
and deemed Hearsay at law ...

Or Maybe NHDC would like to confirm your Notice is a legal document? Thank you for confirming there is no official court Document.

Yours sincerely,

michael john
