Dear Mrs Steffen
Please see attached a breakdown of all Fixed Period Exclusions and
suspensions. Within this period we had no Permanent Exclusions.
This data was extracted according to Year Group and not age. I've left a
guide on the side of the report to show what year group applies to which
age. However, I will be happy to reproduce the spreadsheet with specific
ages if you require, please let me know.

Dear Mrs Steffen
I am emailing in response to your request for:

"I am writing to request an internal review of Avanti Garden School's
handling of my FOI request 'Suspensions and exclusions'.
I have requested clarification of this request and it has not been
provided. This response is now overdue. Please supply a response."

I understand that data was shared with you within the legal timeframe,
however you were waiting for clarification for age. I apologise for the
delay in getting this across to you. I also note there was another email
attached referring to:

"It has come to my attention that some of the data for fixed period
exclusions at Steiner Academy Bristol has been deleted from the
children's school records.
Please could you indicate whether the data you have provided includes
the deleted fixed term exclusions or not?
If not, please provide the full, complete data without deletions.
Presumably you have kept a separate record of fixed period exclusions
which is not linked to the children's school records, and as I am not
asking for individual data on specific children you should still be able
to provide the full data even if it has been deleted from children's
records."

Unfortunately, this is the first time I have seen this request, and I will
need to review before getting back to you. However, I will aim to do this
as soon as possible.
We apologise for the delay in responding to this request. Our transfer to
a new school, combined with an extremely busy period for data requests
stretching my already limited capacity as Data Officer has restricted my
ability to adequately respond to this request. However, I will aim to get
this information back to you and will pass this on to my line manager for
review.
