RFI1: Does the Department record suspected UC errors of the type covered in this story in this story (i.e. from local authorities) and if so how?
RFI2: If it is possible within S.12 cost limits please disclose how many suspected UC errors have been reported to the Department by local authorities in the period 01 January 2019 to 30 June 2019.
