The review has been carried out by myself, I am Senior Information
Governance Officer and Data Protection Officer, I report to the Assistant
Director of Legal and Democratic Services on behalf of the Councils. I
have not been involved with this request and therefore my view is
impartial and I have investigated this objectively.

This matter has escalated to an Internal Review since your dissatisfaction
is noted and you are entitled to exercise your right to request an
internal review. You are entitled to tell us if you believe that something
has been missed or a response is overdue it’s statutory deadline.

Several reminders were received from you to the Information Governance
Team who in turn, reminded the service of their statutory obligations with
regard to the 20 working day deadline under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004, more particularly under Regulation 5(2).

Conclusion

Given my investigation as detailed above, I agree to uphold your internal
review. I apologise for any inconvenience caused to you and that you have
had to address this by contacting the Information Commissioner’s Office.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have a
