Surveyors who have provided services to Lambeth Leaseholders

Waiting for an internal review by Lambeth Borough Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Lambeth Borough Council,

1. Please can you provide a list of surveyors who have assisted Lambeth residents in valuations of their properties for either council buyback or a CPO processes since 2010?

2. Where the council have funded the property valuations, please can you include the value of the property, by postcode and surveyor, in an excel spreadsheet.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Elliott

Bashir I won’t be able to go back to 2010 because our Buyback records
don’t go back that far.  If the information has not been recorded in
spreadsheet which I suspect it hasn’t it will mean interrogating
individual files.  What is the cost threshold?

Dear Lambeth Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Lambeth Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Surveyors who have provided services to Lambeth Leaseholders'.

It is stated that it will take too long to retrieve the information requested. If that is the case then could you provide the same information requested just for the 12 months between April 2022 and April 2023.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Many thanks

Yours faithfully,

Mr Elliott
