FOI 24/408 VALE and passed to us to respond accordingly.

Under Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 2000 Act) you
are entitled to be informed in writing whether the council holds the
information specified in your request and, if that is the case, to have
that information communicated to you unless any of the statutory
exemptions apply. I have considered your request and can confirm we do
hold some of the information asked and I do not believe any of the
statutory exemptions apply to your request. Please find below the

 1. Do you use a tool for Surveys? (a survey tool would help to create the
survey, design the questions, distribute the survey, drive responses,
and build out reports and insights into the data) Yes.

 2. If so, which supplier do you use for this tool? South Oxfordshire and
Vale of White Horse District councils’ use an engagement platform
called Citizen Space.

 3. How much do you spend annually on Survey Tools? £7,697.50

 4. Which month & year does your contract with your supplier end? 31 July
