Please could you provide me with your university's response to the survey of Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) employers that took place in October 2016, subsequent to the town hall events that took place in September 2016 run by USS, Universities UK (UUK) and Aon in relation to UK Higher Education pensions strategy.

The University has now considered your request and I can confirm that no
information is held by us in relation to it.
This is because the survey was an external survey hosted on the URL
[1]https://www.criticalsurveys.co.uk. Any responses to the survey were
sent via this website and were not retained by The University of
Manchester.

As you have questioned the University's response, we feel it is best to treat this as an Internal Review. This will give the University the opportunity to review the initial decision-making and response by a member of staff not party to the original process. We will aim to complete the review within 20 working days i.e. by 01 October 2018.
