Annette Guilding

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

You claimed that 76% of PIP claimants have reported that they are happy with the overall experience of claiming PIP.

I would like to know how this survey was conducted.

Did you sample from people who were denied PIP, as well as those who received it?

What sampling methodology did you use?

What was the response rate?

Do you know if the response rate differed between those who successfully claimed PIP and those who didn't?

Yours sincerely,
Annette Guilding
