Survey - Low traffic neighbourhoods

Richard Parnham made this Freedom of Information request to Oxfordshire County Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

Please provide me with the proposed / draft text of any survey / consultation text for circulation regarding:
a) Low Traffic Neighbourhoods in Oxford; and / or
b) traffic filters in Warneford Lane and / or Cowley Road in Oxford.

All of these requests relate to Oxford County Council's recent active travel award.

If the survey / consultation text varies across each proposed LTN / traffic filter, please provide me with each variant of it.

I am specifically seeking these documents IN ADVANCE of their use, with a view to examining their wording for lack of clarity, possible bias BEFORE they are circulated / used. I wish to see whatever version is the latest at the time my enquiry is processed. Please do not therefore refuse my request on the basis that these documents are not signed off. That is precisely the point of my enquiry.

This request is related to, but different from, 17521 EIR, which relates to OCC's engagement strategy relating to Low Traffic Neighbourhoods in three specific locations. The former focuses on the means of engagement delivery in these three specific locations. This FOI request focuses on what the message will be delivered / questions asked in those locations (and others).

Yours faithfully,

Richard Parnham
