Surrey Docks Stadium - how much did the Council sell it for?

The request was partially successful.

Dear Southwark Council,

The Council has sold Surrey Docks Stadium on Salter Road (SE16 5LH) along with surrounding land (including a depot) to developer Fairview Homes Ltd. Please tell us how much the Council sold the stadium and surrounding land for.

The Council has also since bought some of the completed affordable homes in this development from Fairview. Please tell us how many affordable units the Council has bought; how much has it paid for them; and what rent levels the Council is letting these homes at (please provide the cash rents per unit type).

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Jerry Flynn
