Dear Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust,

Will you be respecting any patient requests not to upload data to the Surrey Care Record? For clarification, I mean uploading or transferring data from your systems to the Surrey Care Record, rather than the option patients have to 'opt-out' of sharing data already held within the Surrey Care Record.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Rawlins

Dear Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust,

By your lack of response, I am assuming that you do not agree with the Surrey Care Record team with regards to their approach to consent/objection to the sharing of information into the Surrey Care Record, but are too afraid to say it.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Rawlins

Dear Freedomofinformation (EPSOM AND ST HELIER UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS NHS TRUST),

Another NHS organisation which is expecting its staff to unlawfully breach patient confidentiality in the future by intending to not respect patients' wishes. Particularly dangerous as a lot of your patients are not in the Surrey area.

Thanks for your response

Yours sincerely,

Mr Rawlins
