The proposed Pelican crossing is on a cycle and walking network. My request is asking who TfL have communicated with regarding the provision of a Pelican crossing rather than a Toucan crossing. This is also on the London Cycle Network and it is my view that it should be a legal cycle crossing not just a pedestrian one.

TfL’s communication concerning the provision of a Puffin Crossing was with
the London Borough of Lewisham, and included a joint on-site meeting and a
subsequent letter to confirm the details. More information about this
communication, and the project generally, was provided to you in our
response to your request FOI-1965-1213 sent on 20 March 2013 (copy
attached).
