Dear SG SecFin-Sec Gp Mailbox (MULTIUSER),In my previous responses from MOD the MOD argued that we the troops where given "Informed Consent" You cannot give informed consent to vaccinations classified Secret Full Stop, the Vaccines where declassified by MoD in December 1996, MOD then claimed the vaccines had nick names "Victor" "Cutter" "Biological" I point out again as previously for clarity I did not and I could not give informed consent to vaccinations and medications with spurious nicknames and nick numbers.
