Dear Northumbria Police,

A review was commissioned by DCC Winton Keenen of the entire Northumbria Police investigation relating to the June 1999 attempted murder of former undercover agent in Whitley Bay.

DCC Keenen appointed Roger Ford to carry out the review.

I would like the following;

1. A copy of the original Roger Ford final report, his findings and recommedations.

2. Date Roger Ford was appointed by DCC Keenen. The date he completed his review.

3. An copy of the original terms of reference relating to the review.

4. A full breakdown of all costs (internal & external) relating the review (1, 2 & 3).

5. Full deails of any/all failures including, but not limited to; any weaknesses, missed opportunities, lines of enquiry not investigated, persons of interest, suspects not questioned or arresteds etc during the investigations by Northumbria Police between 17 June 1999 and up until the review was completed.

6. Full details of all/any new line(s) of enquiry resulting from the review, the report and findings.

7. Full details of all/any motive/s established by Northumbria Police in the attempted murder.

8. Copies of Northumbria Police Major Crime Reviews policy, any policy they follow regarding Major Crime investigation reviews, cold case reviews.

9. Copies of all recorded information relating to DCC Winton Keenen, between him, Roger Ford, any other officers, other person/s and third parties and which relate to this case (including, emails, letters, notes, reports, telephone notes, memos, minutes, all rational and decisions etc)

I would like Northumbria Police to release all recorded information they hold relating to this request.

I do not require any personal information.
