Supporting those with SEND

Dear Saltley Academy, Birmingham,

I am writing to you to ask under the FOI if you can explain:

1. How those whose job it is to help those with SEND needs including those who may be the Head of SEND (or whatever the equivalent titles) are selected?
2. How much both the staff members and the head are paid?
3. How much of the money which is provided by the child having additional funding goes into the staff's wages?
4. How often are those who are involved in supporting those with SEND are regular/ agency workers?
5. How often are those involving supporting children with SEND are reviewed? And how is it determined they are supporting the child in the best way possible?

I am writing to request an internal review of Saltley Academy, Birmingham's handling of my FOI request 'Supporting those with SEND'.

To date, you have refused to even respond or reply to the initial request. By law there should have been a response to all of my requests.

As you may be aware, Section 1(1) of the FOI Act (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/200...) states that "Any person making a request for information to a public authority is entitled to be informed in writing by the public authority whether it holds information of the description specified in the request".
I would be grateful if you can respond to the request.
