Supporting information for evidence to DDRB pay round 2025-26

The request was successful.

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

I would be grateful for your response on information used to produce evidence for the DDRB pay round 2025-26 (https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...)

Specifically can I request:
1. Exact values for each of the sub-elements of the wider reward package detailed on page 103 (basic pay, clinical excellence awards, out of hours etc)
2. Any supporting information, evidence and resources used to calculate these values.
3. Specifically, how the value for study leave was calculated for F1 doctors and SPRs

Yours faithfully,

Stuart Beanman

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

This email constitutes a formal request for an internal review of the Department of Health and Social Care's handling of my Freedom of Information request submitted on 10th December 2024.

My original request sought supporting information for evidence to DDRB pay round 2025-26.

The statutory deadline for a response to my Freedom of Information request was 9th January. As I have not received a response within this timeframe, I am concerned that the Department may be in breach of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I therefore request an internal review of this matter. I would appreciate it if you could:

Acknowledge receipt of this request.
Provide an estimated timeframe for the completion of the internal review.
Inform me of the outcome of the internal review in writing.
I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Stuart Beanman

Department of Health and Social Care
