Dear FOI LBR,
Thank you for your reply.
I would like the information requested to be sent to this site and trust that will be speedily actioned as you have the zip file already in place.
For clarification of this matter and why I am pursuing this public forum, I append the following information:
We requested that this support data be included for the 11th March Committee Meeting for a fair, balanced and transparent presentation for Councillors and the Public to debate and come to a view. We did not get a reply to this request and the data was not displayed for the Committee. Our Ward Councillor's request for two of the pertinent support submissions from environmental groups and supporters to be added to the supplementary agenda were not, to our knowledge, added and you can see on the webcast a Councillor looking unsuccessfully for the Friends of the Earth local group's submission which our Ward Councillor refers to in his three minute presentation. The issue was presented as a neighbourhood dispute without this balancing data. See webcast below link:
https://richmond.public-i.tv/core/portal...
We asked for this data again on the 16th March 2020 and had no reply or action.
On the 11th June 2020 we submitted an FOI request on this forum and surprise, surprise we had the below reply on 11th June 2020 with the submissions re-dacted but not sent to this site:

Request for Information - LBR2019/1365 - TPO 1046 planning committee 11th March 2020
I refer to your request for information received on 16/03/2020. Sorry for the delay in responding.
Your request:
Fifteen additional Support submissions sent to Tree Officer for TPO 1046 planning committee 11th March 2020 . Summarised by the Officer but not seen in full to our knowledge on the supplementary agends or put on line for public view.
Our response:
Please find the requested documents attached. Some information requested is third party personal data/personal data of another person to which the exception under Regulation 13(2A) applies. The documents have been redacted accordingly.
We asked for further information and action as the matter had not been satisfactorily resolved and had no reply until we asked on this site again for the data to be submitted here on the 10th July 2020 as we were told the deadline had passed for this information to be received here.
The same day, Friday 10th July 2020 we received the following information from the Council to which we have replied underneath their comments:
Inclusion of the 15 x late representations in full
(NB. These representation were submitted in the time given by the Council for submissions prior to the Meeting. They were not LATE.)
"I am pleased to inform you that arrangements have been made for the 15 late representations, which were summarised as part of the Committee papers, to be placed alongside the materials on the relevant web page. Hopefully, this addresses some of the concerns you have raised around a full and transparent picture being presented from both sides of the matter, albeit belatedly."
Our response:
" Have you seen the Objections on the site? Do you see a difference in the way you have re-dacted information and the way information has not been re-dacted on these objections?
We would ask for you to re-dact appropriately the inappropriate data on these objections even though the damage has been done already. In particular, the personal and unsubstantiated remarks made by .............. I am confident that you will be able to see the inappropriate and personal comments made on these three objections and if you had been responsible for re-dacting these upon submission they would not have been allowed to go through in the present form on file.
Thank you for your efforts to include the support representations even at this late stage and when Councillors did not have the benefit of seeing them to make a judgement.
Please let us know when these submissions are put on your site for us to pass on to supporters who took the time to write in with their views to protect trees of significance on the designated acre of Metropolitan open Land and Site of Metropolitan Imortance for Nature Conservation, in private ownership, which runs along the River Crane Corridor in west twickenham.
Yours sincerely,
S. Macqueen
