I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act

1) Please provide details on how the Local Authority initiates contact
with supported living providers for the provision of services.
The Council has an approved commissioned Dynamic Purchasing System(DPS) to
allow the Council to source providers for providing supported living. The
DPS is a Pseudo-DPS which means they can be open and closed to new
applications depending on the needs of the council. The DPS is currently
closed for new applications. All of our opportunities, including if the
DPS are re-opened, are advertised via the Croydon Tenders Portal (London
Borough of Croydon E-Procurement Site - Home (in-tendhost.co.uk) therefore
the Council would advise registering for an account on the portal to
ensure your organisation receive automatic notification of any
opportunities. If your organisation needs any help with registering on the
portal please contact the supplier support helpline: 0845 557 8079
2) Does the council maintain an approved providers list for private
residential care providers or private supported living providers? If so,
please share the contact details of these providers.

has an approved commissioned Dynamic Purchasing System(DPS) for Supported
Living.
