Further to previous correspondence, we are currently processing your request however require clarification from you before we can issue our final response. This is detailed below. Once we receive sufficient information from you we will continue however until such time the 20 day clock has stopped and will re-start upon receipt of your clarification.

Clarification required: “how much you currently pay per hour to providers of supported living service providers” is unclear.
