Supported Housing Exempt Accommodation-Process and Information
Dear Vale of Glamorgan Council,
I am writing in reference to Supported Housing/Exempt Accommodation and to understand the required steps in order to provide such accommodation within Rhondda Cynon Taff Council, where rooms are provided to tenants, along with support services.
Therefore, please can you provide the following:
1. The application/enrolment process for submitting a property for Supported Housing/Exempt Accommodation? e.g. Application form?
2. Please advise the required structure (if any e.g. Charity/Private Landlord) is required in order to offer Supported Housing/Exempt Accommodation with/to Rhondda Cynon Taff Council.
3. Please provide the highest rates and the average rates currently paid for Supported Accommodation within Rhondda Cynon Taff Council.
4. Please advise the correct contact Council contact/department for us to communicate with in order to establish Supported Housing/Exempt Accommodation within Rhondda Cynon Taff Council.
