Support Services

The request is waiting for clarification. If you are GP Morgan, please sign in to send a follow up message.

Dear Department for Culture, Media and Sport,

As part of my studies I would be grateful to understand the
relationship between support services and staff numbers. Under the
FoI act I request the following:-

The total number of staff (inc contractors, consultants and temp
staff) in the Department at 1 November 2011, 2012 and 2013.

The total number of staff in the HR, IT and Press Office at the
same dates.

The number of posts in HR, IT and Press Office currently filled on
temporary promotion, and for each post indicate how long it has
been filled on temporary promotion.

The number of posts in HR, IT and Press Office which have been
filled in the last 12 months which have a) not been advertised
outside DCMS and b) not been advertised internally.

Yours faithfully,

Gary Morgan

Dear Department for Culture, Media and Sport,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Culture, Media and Sport's handling of my FOI request 'Support Services'.

Due to illness I have only just returned from hospital to receive this response. I would like you to undertake an internal review. I would like the evidence on which you constructed your answers. Evidence for all posts filled substantively during the period by providing copies of the adverts for the advertised posts.

Due to the delay I could re-ask the question but hope you take my illness into account.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

GP Morgan

Dear Mr Morgan

Thank you for your email.

Can you confirm that you are interested in receiving copies of internal and external job advertisements for DCMS posts in HR, Press Office and IT that were filled between November 2012 and November 2013?

If this is the information you are interested in, we will treat this as a new Freedom of Information request. If you wish the Department to carry out an internal review of our original response, please outline the reasons why you feel your original request was not answered correctly.

Best regards
