• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

We refer to your email of 21^st February requesting information relating
to Supply of Catering equipment.
York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust can confirm
in accordance the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we hold the
information that you have requested.
I will address each of your questions in turn:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages Hobart UK Equipment
LTD – Warewash – were the successful bidder
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date £48,000.00
• Start date & duration of framework/contract? 08^th September 2023 for 12
months – through the ESPO framework - CN: ESPO 98-22 Lot 1 sub-lot 1B
Framework (01.09.23 to 31.08.24)
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension? 12 month extension option
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
Specification was as per requirement issued – the reason for this
specification was to keep alignment to what was currently in use:

Capacity: Up to 40 cycles per hour
Choice of 4 programmes: short, standard, fill & dump and continuous
Electrical requirements: 6.8kW 400/50/3 (3 x 16A)
Configurable to: 4.7kW 230/50/1(25 amps) or
2.7kW 230/50/1 1 x 13A)
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed? No
• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract? None
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract? In accordance with Section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000, it is not within Trust policy to share the names of our staff
members below board director level, however all departments can be reached
