• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Apologies for the slight delay with this response.

 

Further to your request of 5^th May 2021 regarding the Supply of an
Internally Hosted Occupational Health Administration Solution and
Associated Services please note the following responses

 

 

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

The Council received 3 submissions. As the tender was carried out under
the Open Procedure it is a single stage process without a PQQ .

Warwick International Computing Systems Limited was awarded the contract.
(The Agreement with Warwick International Computing Systems Ltd was
novated to Civica UK Ltd in April 2021)

The Council does not provide details of unsuccessful Tenderers as this may
cause commercial prejudice to the Council or other third Parties . (FOIA
 Section 43(2))

• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date

 

The recorded Expenditure between 8/5/2017 and 27/5/2021 with Warwick
International Computing Systems Ltd was £41,297.28

 

• Start date & duration of framework

 

The Contract Start Date is 8^th May 2017

 

The Contract term was advertised to be of 5 years duration from successful
Go-Live with options to extend annually up to 5 additional years taking
the contract up to a maximum of 10 years from Go-Live.

 

• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension?

 

Yes. After the initial 5 year period to 7th May 2022 there are options to
extend annually up to 5 additional years taking the contract up 7th May
2027.

 

 

• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed?

 

No.

 

• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?
