Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information for Q3d as we consider
the information to be exempt under Section 31(1)(a) of the Freedom of
Information Act which deals with information prejudicial to law
enforcement (prevention and detection of crime). This is a qualified
exemption and we have therefore applied the public interest test. In
making this decision we have weighed such factors as the Council's desire
to be open and transparent in all its dealings against the need to protect
the safety/security of the Council’s IT system against cyber crime.

Accordingly, insofar as this element of your request is concerned and in
accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act ("the Act")
this email acts as a Refusal Notice.

4) Number of websites the council is responsible for securing
ANSWER: 3

to exercise this right, please set out in writing your grounds and send
your appeal to Mrs Julie Llewellyn. She may be reached at

We trust this answers your queries.

Yours Sincerely
