Dear FREEDOM-OF-INFORMATION (ISLE OF WIGHT NHS TRUST),

You are suggesting that data breaches are reported via DATIX, and yet when requested to provide evidence of what is on DATIX, you have failed to provide this, furthermore, the data you have provided does not cover historic abuse of data or data breaches that you are aware of that have been caused through staff negligence and abuse, let alone breaches in confidence and trust. Please confirm the year DATIX was introduced, and what was in place before this, and clarify the process of obtaining all data stored within it, and any system before its introduction?

Please confirm if in 2008 the Supervision Register was in place at the Isle of Wight NHS Trust or when it last was in place?

Please confirm whether the Isle of Wight NHS Trust uses Community Treatment Order and confirm if this superseded the Supervision Register?

Yours sincerely,

Mr Clark

Dear FREEDOM-OF-INFORMATION (ISLE OF WIGHT NHS TRUST),

You have declared the below, and yet if you observe my FOIA requests you will see that the Department of Health have declared otherwise, and the document Building Bridges A guide to arrangements for inter agency working for the care and protection of severely mentally ill people clearly outlines that personality disorder is classed as severe mental illness. Antisocial personality disorder is not psychopathy, and psychopathy is not antisocial personality disorder, there are very specific criteria for both, and on is not even listed in the DSM or ICD so the NHS has much to answer to as to how and why it has deemed people psychopathic from clinical appointments.

Do you consider Psychopathy severe mental illness?
Psychopathy is not a formal psychiatric diagnosis and as such would not be considered a severe mental illness. Behavioural presentations associated with psychopathy can be found in certain personality disorders, (e.g., antisocial personality disorder). Personality disorders could be a serious mental illness if they are associated with severe functional impairment.

I also feel that your answers contradict with Hare's writings, and as he trained the UK in the application and use in his instruments, there are many issues that need to be addressed as when someone ends up branded with this claim it has serious consequences for their social and life status.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Clark
