1. What are your current arrangements regarding supervised contact, including current contracted provider(s) of any commissioned supervised contact services and the contract length?
2. Does the council use either external providers or staffing agencies to supply supervised contact services?
3. If the council uses external providers, is this done by directly engaging with agencies, or are temporary staff sourced through a vendor contract.
4. What is the current hourly rate paid for supervised contact for these external providers?
5. What is the council’s current annual spend on external providers for contact services?
6. What is the name and contact details of the council officer responsible for this service?
