Dear Anne,

Please see attached draft FOI response together with the email from the
Court for your approval. I was considering a DNH response for this but
felt a section 12(2) was more appropriate. This will have to go through DT
clearance after you have approved it, so I’m sure they will advise if a
DNH would have been better.

Kind Regards

Daniel Singh

Dear LondonKILO,

I am not sure I understand your reply..

You say that to go through all 13 bulk summonses manually would exceed the costs allowed.

I am not clear for the reason for this. Is it to determine which ones were granted?

If so then I am happy to receive just the number of summonses requested by Lewisham Council during the specified period. If I can have that broken down by the total in each bulk summonses and the date of each bulk that would be great and it would save someone the time in adding up the total.

Please let me know if I have understood you correctly or if there is any further clarity I can add to my request.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

maureen ginnie

Dear LondonKILO,

Your previous 2 replies seem to imply that summonses were granted as requested by Lewisham Council during the period April 2020 and April 2021.

In the public interest please confirm that at least one summons was granted by Bromley Magistrates to Lewisham Council in respect of non-payment of council tax between April 2020 and April 2021 inclusive.

If costs allow, in the public interest please confirm which months between April 2020 and April 2021 inclusive, that at least one summons was granted by Bromley Magistrates to Lewisham Council in respect of non-payment of council tax .

Yours sincerely,

maureen ginnie
