Section 8 of the Freedom of Information Act advises the following:

 

8 (1) - In the Act any reference to a "request fro information" is a
reference to such a request which -

            (a) is in writing

            (b) states the name of the applicant and a address for
correspondence and

            (c) describes the information requested.

 

As you have not provided us with a name as outlined in 8(1)(b) of the Act
your request is not valid and we are unable to take it further at this
time.

have had licenses refused, suspended or revoked. I am sorry for the delay
in replying.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that
we do hold the information you require.

 

Please find attached tables for operator suspensions and revocations since
2014. Please also find a table for operator applications refused during
this period.

 

These figures are subject to change due to ongoing appeal processes and
additional information coming to light.
