INFORMATION REQUEST

Licences: 50

Managed Service: no

Renewal: annually on 31st September

 

(2) What computer software are you using for Street Lighting Management,
how much are you paying per year, how many users are you licensed for, is
this provided as a Managed Service and is there a fixed length associated
with your current contractual arrangements, if so when?

Software: Yotta Street Lighting

Licences: 6

Managed Service: no

Renewal: annually on 1st April

 

(3) What computer software are you using for UKPMS, how much are you
paying per year, how many users are you licensed for, is this provided as
a Managed Service and is there a fixed length associated with your current
contractual arrangements, if so when?

Software: Yotta Horizons

Cost per annum: Caerphilly County Borough Council are the lead authority
on the UKPMS software and we share an annual licence with Torfaen and
Blaenau

Licences: 1

Managed Service: Yes

Renewal: 3 year contract renewal 31^st August 2015

 

(4) What computer software are you using for Street Works, how much are
you paying per year, how many users are you licensed for is this provided
as a Managed Service and is there a fixed length associated with your
current contractual arrangements, if so when?

Included within EXOR at question 1.

 

(5) What computer software are you using for Bridges/Structures, how much
are you paying per year, how many users are you licensed for, is this
provided as a Managed Service and is there a fixed length associated with
your current contractual arrangements, if so when?

In-house system    

 

However on this occasion we cannot supply all the information you have
asked for. In respect of the remainder of your request, and in accordance
with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 this letter acts as
a Refusal Notice.  We consider that the public interest in withholding the
information outweighs the public interest in disclosing it. 

 

The exemption applied is Section 43 – Commercial Interests.  For further
details on why this exemption applies please see the attached document.

 

We supply this information based on your original request.  If this is not
what you wanted or if you feel we have not fully understood your request
