Good afternoon

Further to your request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000, dated 23/05/2023, please find E‐ACT’s response as follows:

I regret to inform you that the E-ACT Trust does not maintain a central
list of resources used by our academies. As an organisation, we operate a
decentralized system whereby each academy within our Trust has autonomy in
selecting and utilising educational materials, including those provided by
various publishers such as OUP. The decision making process for choosing
resources is normally conducted at academy level, with each academy
assessing their specific curriculum requirements and student needs to make
an informed choice about the resources they utilise.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should be addressed to [E-ACT request email].  Please
remember to quote your reference in any future communications.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information
Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9
5AF.

I confirm that this Freedom of Information Request is now closed.

Kind regards
