I am writing with an FOI request for your Common Law Claims & Policy Division.

I would like a summary of all personal injury claims by members of the public from 1st January 2016 to 31st December 2021 and ideally supplied with the following information:

1. Year/Month of claim
2. Summary of claim
3. Claim outcome (if concluded, otherwise "ongoing")
4. Value of claim
5. Location of incident triggering claim

The scope of this request is limited to the following:

Publicly accessible areas of MOD training estate as defined by the Aldershot and District Military Byelaws (1976).

Specifically, claims by serving personnel against employer and all areas outside of the above lands are not required plus any personal identifying details are expected to be redacted/not supplied.
