Suicide rates in York

NHS England did not have the information requested.

Dear NHS England,
I am looking for information regarding suicide rates in York mental health services from 2005 until the service was taken over by Leeds Partnership Trust in 2013.
I would like this information broken down into in-patients, out-patients, working age adults and older people. I would also like these figures to be given as a percentage of each patient population.

Yours faithfully,
I. Wilson
