Dear West Midlands Public Health Observatory,

Please clarify the total number of Years Life Lost and the Standardised death rate per 100,000 for each Local Authority in the West Midlands for the years 2011 to 2013 inclusive (3 years data in total) in respect of Suicide and Undetermined Injury (ICD 10 codes X60 to X84, Y10 to Y34 (exc Y339))

I already hold this data for Birmingham so I will not be requiring this specific information.
