Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Suffolk Constabulary should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Suffolk Constabulary,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request some information regarding the issue of fixed penalty notices for the constabulary.

Specifically, I would like to know:
- The total number of fixed penalty notices that have been issued for speeding by the constabulary in the last year
- The highest recorded speed ticketed in the area during the last year
- The total number of fixed penalties issued for driving while using a mobile phone
- The total number of fixed penalties issued for driving without insurance

For each, I would like to know the total number of penalties issued between the 1st of January and 31st of December 2018.

Yours faithfully,

Jamie Dixon
