Section 47 of 'Sufficiency - Statutory guidance on securing sufficient accommodation for looked after children' places a requirement upon Local Authorities to undertake a strategic needs assessment as the basis for commissioning services for Looked after children.

Can you provide all documents produced by Sandwell MBC and its partners compliant with the requirement to undertake a strategic needs assessment relating to the needs of looked after children.
