I would like to know the following information for the past 12 months separated into a month by month basis.
1. How many people have been
i, reported for trespassing on the national rail network
ii, Sent to court for trespassing on the national rail network
iii, Actually prosecuted for trespassing on the national rail network
Further, I would like to know, of those successfully prosecuted for trespassing on the national rail network, what was the punishment given (if it was a fine, please provide the monetary amount that the fine was for).
