Successful court prosecution in the last year'

The request was successful.

Dear Office of Communications,
Hi, as a fully pay up member I still find that on many occasions when in conversation with other radio users I ask (do you have a licence! ) and 99% of the time the reply will be (No I don't bother with that, That's for the big boys, don't use them that much.) So my question is; How many successful court prosecution where there last year, and do you think it would be a good idea to start policing the industry, to ensure we the paying customers has a level playing field.

Yours faithfully, Michael Durbridge.
