I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information on behalf of my constituents in Coventry South:

1. How many Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) were issued by Vehicle Control Services in the West Midlands between 24 September 2014 and 31 March 2020?

2. How many Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) were issued by Vehicle Control Services in the West Midlands between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2019?

3. What was the percentage of successful appeals made against Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) issued by Vehicle Control Services in the West Midlands between 24 September 2014 and 31 March 2020?

4. What was the percentage of rejected appeals made against Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) issued by Vehicle Control Services in the West Midlands between 24 September 2014 and 31 March 2020?

5. What was the percentage of successful appeals made against Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) issued by Vehicle Control Services in the West Midlands between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2019?

6. What was the percentage of rejected appeals made against Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) issued by Vehicle Control Services in the West Midlands between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2019?
