• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

Answer: KPI`s are included within the Service Specification which is
attached

 

2.    Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and

Answer: the successful bidder was Change Grow Live (CGL); the unsuccessful
bidder was Addaction

 

3.    Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date

Answer: see table below

Answer: Contract: the start date was 1/10/2017 to 30/9/2022. It was then
extended to 31/3/2023

 

5.    Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

Answer: Copy of service specification attached

 

6.    Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if
so, the duration of the extension?

Answer: Yes, there were two x 12-month extension periods included in the
contract terms  

 

7.    Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s)
are being either extended or renewed?

Answer: The contract was extended by 6 months to allow for a new
commissioning /procurement programme to be completed. The contract
terminates on 31/3/23

 

8.    Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for
this contract?

Answer: Sarah Possingham – Senior Public Health Specialist
