Dear Cheshire West and Chester Council,

I would like to know how much it costs the council (more correctly the taxpayer) for the CEO and his team of Directors (see 1 below) subscriptions and memberships.

(1) Chief Executive: Steve Robinson, Children and Young People: Gerald Meehan, Community and Environment: Steve Kent,
Regeneration and Culture: Charlie Seward,
Resources: Julie Gill

Please list all subscriptions and memberships together with the cost against each individual in the list above.

Yours faithfully,

Trevor R Nunn

Dear Mr Nunn

Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, unfortunately it is taking a little longer than anticipated to collate your response. Please be assured that the matter is being treated as a priority and I will forward you a response shortly. In the meantime, and to avoid any further delay could you please confirm the dates for which you require the information. Currently I have interpreted it as being for information from April 2013 to date. Please let me know via [Cheshire West and Chester Council request email] if you wish to have the information for a different period.

In addition, there is no longer a Community and Environment Directorate and Steve Kent ceased to be Director of this on 15 July 2013. The new Directorate is called Localities and is headed by John Jeffrey who commenced this post on 15 July 2013.

Could you please confirm whether you want the information for Steve Kent from 1 April 2013 to 15 July 2013 or for John Jeffrey from 15 July 2013 to date?

Yours sincerely

I don't understand why they thought I was only interested in subscriptions for the first couple of months of this financial year.
