The request was successful.

Dear FOI Team,

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, the following details:

· Whether the council has a highways term maintenance contract in place with an external contractor, or multiple contractors?
· Who the term maintenance contractor/s are?
· What functions are delivered by the term maintenance contractor/s?
· What are the start date & duration of the contract/s?
· Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, what period this covers?
· Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is being extended?
· Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this/these contract/s?

Thank you for your help.

Yours sincerely,
A Stevenson
