I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, the following details:

1. What software you are using for your grounds maintenance?
2. What software you are using for your tree management?
3. What software you are using for your playground management?

For each of the above please can you provide the following details:

What is the annual spend on each of these software contracts?

What are the start date & duration of each of these software contracts?

Is there an extension clause in each of these software contracts and, if so, the duration of the extension?

Has a decision been made yet on whether each of these software contracts are being either extended or renewed?

Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for each of these software contracts?

I refer to your Freedom of Information request to which I am now in a position to respond on behalf of both Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council, as both Councils work in collaboration. My response is outlined below along with your questions for ease of reference.

2. What software you are using for your tree management? PSS(Public Sector Software) Ltd
3. What software you are using for your playground management? Same as above for tree management

For each of the above please can you provide the following details:

What are the start date & duration of each of these software contracts? 8 May 2022 - 7 May 2023

Is there an extension clause in each of these software contracts and, if so, the duration of the extension? n/a - this is a rolling contract

Has a decision been made yet on whether each of these software contracts are being either extended or renewed? no

Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for each of these software contracts? Community Asset Manager
