Dear Bank of England,

I would like to propose cooperation and partnership to develop digital England market infrastructure system model for political economy and as aid to political decision support system using agent based modeling. Research would deliver infrastructure layers of computational economy agent based economical models using OCEAN agent architecture with reinforcement learning behavior to develop DSS for Eurosystem infraOps management for digital financial system.

1. For ABM design I plan to use MASON and GAMA platform software with Sysml 2.0 MBSE tools as Capella and ARCADIA to develop European Economy model system architecture. To achieve this goal I request:

a) Ontological model of England economy
b) Financial institution list and classification with coordinates
c) GIS data layer of the Funds that work in EU with classification types
d) Financial products classification ontology

2. To develop and code Financial agents for monetary policy with 6 roles: Investor, consumer, financial actor, liquidity pool, producer, regulator is needed:

a) The financial instrument asset list is needed with financial products classification
b) In England working internal and external investment commercial banks and funds aggregated data
c) Pension system model list and ontological model of their OPEX spending
d) Economical policy acts list with multi-effect criteria analysis
e) source code of previous Bank of England provided simulation and ABM studies
f) Market infrastructure capitalization pools with ATM network
g) Forex and swift network infrastructure nodes according to BASEL III reglament of liquidity and financial risks supervision

3. To train ABM models on European Union infrastructure i will need:

a) National computing grid resource pool for test, dev and prod environment (architecture schema)
b) Central Banks infrastructure cooperation and operation europolicy model and it ontology with EBSI infrastructure architecture
c) Aggregated financial data from European central banks provided as XBRL reports, their JSON schema.
d) England budget and financial deficit data standardized reports
e) Aggregated data from financial market participants.
f) Aggregated economy indexes classified by sector and their correlation data
