Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

I would like to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to obtain information regarding your organisation.

I would like to request the following information:-
1. How many Subject Access Requests were received in Q1 2016/2017?
2. How many Subject Access Requests received in Q1 2016/2017 were completed within the 40 day deadline?
3. How many Subject Access Requests were received in Q2 2016/2017?
4. How many Subject Access Requests received in Q2 2016/2017 were completed within the 40 day deadline?
5. How many Subject Access Requests were received in Q3 2016/2017?
6. How many Subject Access Requests received in Q3 2016/2017 were completed within the 40 day deadline?
7. What database or system do you use to log and manage Freedom of Information Requests and Subject Access Requests?

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - Dudley & Walsall Mental Health
Partnership NHS Trust Ref: FOI 2205

 

Thank you for your request for information under the requirements of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 received on 21 December 2016. As per
section 10 of the Act, you can expect a reply no later than 20 working
days from the working day after the receipt of your request.

 

There may be a fee payable for this information. This will be considered
and you will be informed if a fee is payable. In this event the fee must
be paid before the information is processed and released. The 20 day time
limit for responses is suspended until receipt of the payment. If there is
a fee payable we will write to you again to let you know the process in
this event.

 

For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions which may
prevent the release of the information you have requested. We will assess
whether any of the exemption categories apply to your request (as per PART
11 of the Act) and if they do, or if there is a delay due to the
application of an exemption we will write to you again.
