We’re currently writing a Phase 1 Geo-environmental Desk Study Report for a site between Station Street and Blackman Street in Brighton, please see attached location plan.

We would like to know if the local Environmental Health Department are aware of any site specific information that we may not be able to obtain from standard searches, such as possible contaminated land/historic uses either at or close to the site?

We have already purchased an Envirocheck Report.
