Studies referenced during traffic management scheme meeting

Joe made this Freedom of Information request to Greenwich Borough Council Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was successful.

Dear Greenwich Borough Council,

During a filmed traffic management scheme meeting at Woolwich Town Hall on 3 October, 2023, one of your council officers stated he had 'lots of evidence' to show that traffic is not displaced when LTNs are implemented.

Please provide me with copies of the exact studies your officer was referring to in order for him to have reached his conclusion.

Yours faithfully,

J Jeffrey

Dear Greenwich Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Greenwich Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Studies referenced during traffic management scheme meeting'.

As stated, your council officer, namely Ryan Bunce, claimed that there was 'lots of evidence' to show traffic was not displaced due to LTNs.

Your response is on the contrary and implies your officer was relying on one individual study which does not constitute 'lots of evidence'. I would, therefore, ask for your to clarify your response prior to a complaint being raised for misleading the public over what is a sensitive issue.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...
