Please note that where a person has a visual impairment that co-occurs with other impairments, these students will be registered as having “2 or more impairments” and we do not record each impairment within this category separately.

The number of registered students with visual impairments, in previous academic years is exempt from disclosure due to Section 21 of the Freedom Of Information Act, which states:

“(1)Information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant otherwise than under section 1 is exempt information.”
